ORD INANCE NO. 375
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD,
FLORIDA, GRANTING TO HILL LUMBER .AND
SUPPLY YARD, INC., AN EASEMENT FOR
THE USE OF A PORTION OF ~~TLE AVENUE
BETWEEN THIRD AN"D FOURTH STREETS IN
SAID CITY F OR A TERM OF FIVE YEARS,
SUBJECT TO THE TERMINATION OF SAID
EAS~~ AS HEREIN PROVIDED.
BE IT ENACTED BY 'rHE PEOPLE OF THE CII'Y OF S.ANFORD,
FLORIDA:
Section 1: ~hat Hill Lumber and Supply Yard, Inc.
of Sanford, Florida, is hereby given and granted the right
and easement for a term of five years from the date this ordi-
nance beoomes effective to use in connection with its lumber
and supply business the portion of Myrtle Avenue in the City
of Sanford, Florida, described as follows:

BEGIN 20 feet South of Northwest Corner
of Lot 9, Block 5, T.ier 5 of Sanford,
Florida, according to E. R. Trafford's
Map thereof of record in Map Book 1,
pages 56-64 of the public records of
Seminole County, Florida, run North to
Northwest Corner of Lot 7, Block 5, Tier
5 of Sanford, which is also Southerly
right of way line of Atlantic Coast Line
Railroad, Southwesterly along right of
way to West line of Myrtle Avenue, which
is West of a point 20 feet South of
Northwest Corner of Lot 9, Block 5, Tier
5, thence East to BEGINNIN'J..
provided, however, that sa~d right and easement shall be subject
to termination after four months' written notice to said Hill
Lumber and Supply Yard, Inc. that the City desires to and is
ready to proceed with the opening and paving Q;f said portion of
Myrtle Avenue, whereupon any and all property and improvements
placed on said portion of Myrtle A.venue by said Hill Lumber and
Supply Yard, Inc. shall be removed theret'rom.
Section 2: ~hat all ordinances or parts of ordi-
nances in contlict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
Section 3: That this ordinance shall become e.ttec-
ti ve immediately upon its passage and adoption.
PASSED and ADOFTED this 16th day of May, 1945.
