BE IT EKACTED BY T1U PSOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD,
FLORIDA:
Section 1: That Seotion 125 of the rtevised Ordinances
of the City of Sanford of 1914 be and the sallie is hereby amended
so as to read as foll~Ns:
"Section 125. Resistin; Officer.
Vlhoever shall
obstruct or oppose any officer of this city, or legally
authorized person, in the execution of legal process, or
in the lawful execution of any lezal duty, shall be punished
by fine not exceeding )200.00 or by imprisonment not ex-
ceeding ninety days, or by both fine and imprisonment, at
the discretion of the :rvrunicipal Judge. II
Section 2: That all ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith be and the swne are hereby repealed.
Section 3: That this ordinance shall become effective
irw:rlediately upon its passage and adoption.
PASSED and ADOYEED this 14th day of February, 1945.
