Section 1: That Section 115 of the Revised Ordinances
of the Ci ty of Sanford, of 1914 as amended by Ordinance ::Jo. 336
passed and adopted on the 26th
day of Aorl1
1943, be
and the same is bereby amended so as to read as follows:
Section 115. Disorderly Conduct or Breach of
the Peace. jVhoever is guilty of disorderly
conduct or cOli1.lJ.i ts a breach of the peace shall
be punished by a fine of not exceeding $200.00
or by imprisonment not exceeding ninety days
or by both fine and imprisonment, at the
discretion of the Municipal Judge.
Section 2: That all ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith be and t;he saLle ore hereby repealed.
Section 3: That this ordinance shall become effective
iLlDlediately upon its passage and adoption.
