GRANT OF RECLAIMED WATER PIPELINE EASEMENT
THIS EASEMENT is made this ¢¢~day of~, 1998, between SEMINOLE
COMMUNITY COLLEGE whose address is 100 Weldon Boulevard, Sanford, Florida 32773-6199,
Seminole County, Florida (hereinafter referred to as "party of the first part") and the CITY OF
SANFORD, FLORIDA, a municipal corporation, situated in Seminole County, Florida (hereinafter
referred to as "party of the second part");
WITNESSETH, that party of the first part, for and in consideration of the sum of ONE
DOLLAR ($1.00) and other valuable consideration paid by party of the second part, receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged, grants and conveys to party of the second part, its successors, assigns,
licensees, a perpetual easement under, upon and across the property situated in the City of Sanford,
Seminole County, Florida, more particularly described as:
See Legal Description and Sketch of Description attached hereto
as Exhibit "A-1" through "A-3" and incorporated herein by this reference
for a 14" reclaimed water pipeline under said property, such easement including the right of free
ingress and egress upon and across said property for the purpose aforesaid.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the party of the first part hereunto sets his or her hand and seal
