municipal corporation, situate in Seminole County, Florida, par~
of the second part; o
WITNESSETH, that parties of the first part, for and i~
consideration of the sum of One Dollar and other valuable
consideration to have in hand paid by party of the second
part, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, ha ve granted and
conveyed, and by these presents do es grant and convey to party of
the second part, its successors, assigns, and licensees, a
perpetual easement under, upon, and across the property situate in
Sanford, Seminole County, Florida, more particularly described as:
35' PERMANENT UTILITY EASEMENT
The North 1/2 of Vacated Commercial Street, lying South of
Block 1, Tier 18, FLORIDA LAND AND COLONIZATIONS COMPANY
LIMITED MAP OF THE ST. GERTRUDE ADDITION TO THE TOWN OF
SANFORD, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat
Book 1, Page 113, of the Public Records of Seminole County,
Florida; AND the South 2.00 feet of said Block 1, Tier 18,
lying adjacent thereto and that part of the West 1/2 of
vacated Oleander Avenue lying adjacent thereto and North of
the centerline of Vacated Commercial Street.
for public utility purposes, including specifically potable and
reclaimed water lines, and storm and sanitary sewers, and for the
installation, inspection, servicing, repair, maintenance, and
replacement of all utilities now existing or hereafter to exist on
said property, such easement including the right of free ingress
and egress over and across said property for any of the purposes
aforesaid.
