parties of the first part, and the CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA, whose post office
address is P. O. Box 1788, Sanford, Florida 32772, party of the second part;
WITNESSETH, that parties of the first part, for and in consideration of the
sum of one dollar and other vaiuable consideration in hand paid by party of the
second part, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, have granted and conveyed,
and by these presents do grant and convey to party of the second part, its
successors, assigns, and/or licensees, a perpetual sanitary sewer easement under,
upon, and across the property situated in the City of Sanford, Seminole County,
Florida, more particularly described as follows:
A fourteen (14) foot wide sanitary sewer easement centered on the
fo]lowing described line: commence at the NW corner of Lot 162, of
SANFO PARK, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 5,
Page 62, Public Records of Seminole County, Florida; thence run S 03
degrees 15' 15" E, along the West line of said Lots 162, 163 and 164 for
a distance of 166.85 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence run N 68
degrees 24' 04" E, 107.01 feet to a point, said point being 24.26 feet
East of, as measured at right angles from the West line of Block "I", of
WYNNEWOOD, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book
4, Pages 92 - 94, Public Records of Seminole County, Florida; thence
run N 00 degrees 09' 04" W, 111.97 feet to the North line of Lot 19 of
said Block "I", and the Point of Termination, bearings based on the
East line of said Block "I" bearing North.
for construction purposes, including specifically installation, inspection, servicing,
repair and maintenance, now existing or hereafter to exist on said property, such
easement including the right of free ingress and egress over and across said
property for any of the purposes aforesaid.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties of the first part have hereunto set their
hands and seals the day and year first above written.
