of Lots 19 & 20, 134.63 feet; North 28.83 feet; Southeriy to the
beginning, Block 19, Dreamwold, Plat Book 3, page 90, according to the
Public Records of Seminole County, Florida.

repair and maintenance, now existing or hereafter to exist on said property, such~
easement including the right of free ingress and egress over and across said
property for any of the purposes aforesaid,
