915182, Longwood, Florida 32791, hereinafter called "Grantor", to
CITY OF SANFORD, situated in the County of Seminole, State of
Florida, whose post office address is Post Office Box 1788,
Sanford, Florida 32772-1788, hereinafter referred to as
"Grantee".

FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION OF the sum of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00) °o CD ~
and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt of which ~ o~
is hereby acknowledged, GRANTOR does hereby grant and convey to ~ ~D ~
the GRANTEE and its successors and assigns, a perpetual ~J~
nonexclusive right-of-way and easement for utility purposes, with
full authority to enter upon, excavate, install, construct and
maintain, as the GRANTEE and its successors and assigns may deem
necessary, a water line for the water system of the GRANTEE,
upon, over, across and through the following described real
property, to-wit:
See Exhibit "A" which is sttached hereto and made a
part hereof.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD said right of way and easement unto said
GRANTEE and its successors and assigns forever.
TOGETHER with the right of ingress and egress to, over and
from the real property described in attached Exhibit "A" to the
extent necessary to lay, maintain, operate, repair and remove
said water line.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the GRANTOR has hereunto set its hand
