The City Commission of the City of Sanford, Florida, met in Work Session on Monday, January 8, 2007. at 5
PM, in the Railroad Depot Room, 2nd Floor, City Hall, 300 North Park Avenue, Sanford. Florida.

Mayor Kuhn called the Work Session to order at 5 :09 PM.
1) Presentation of 17/92 Project Development and Environment Study regarding six-Ianing improvements to US 17/92
between Lake Mary Boulevard and Shepard Road.
Lynne Marie Whately, Project Manager, and Eric Wooley, Lead Engineer, Carter and Burgess, gave the
presentation.
2) Agenda Items - additional information and/or questions.
City Manager Yehl distributed a request from Ice Enterprises of Mid Florida, Inc., to continue the public hearing
scheduled for tonight regarding condemnation of the structure located at 700 W. 13th Street.
Mr. Yehl distributed a Status Follow-Up Report.
3)
End the Work Session.
Mayor Kuhn adjourned the Work Session at 6:03 PM.
