GERTRUDE ADDITION TO THE TOWN OF SANFORD, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 113, of the Public Records of Seminole County, Florida, lying North of State Road 46. for utility purposes, including specifically reclaimed water distribution system and sanitary sewers, and for the installation, inspection, servicing, repair, maintenance, and replacement of all utilities now existing or hereafter to exist on said property, such easement including the right of free ingress and egress over and across said property for any of the purposes aforesaid. The City of Sanford shall be responsible for the restoration of property to a ,:::ondition equal to or better than prior condition following any of the aforementioned acti vi ties by city of Sanford. IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto seal at , County of Jefferson this 16th day of July set my hand and official , State of Alabama , 19~. ~~d #Z~~I o ary Public {/ My commission Expires:9/7(L--- '.# ( ATTACHMENT "A" ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS 1) City will be responsible .for all costs of reinstalling the entrance sign, or if not able to satisfactorily reinstall subject to owner's reasonable approval, then City shall be obligated to replace entrance sign with one of equal size and design. 2) The granting of these easements are contingent on the fact that both entrance lanes to Sanford Landing Apartments are never blocked at the same time. 3) Concerning the easement work to be completed, the total amount of construction and restoration time shall not exceed 45 to 60 days once construction begins.
