consideration of LESSOR relieving LESSEE of the obligation to pay demurrage on the number of cylinders herein next scheduled, LESSOR does hereby
lease to LESSEE, and LESSEE does hereby lease from LESSOR, for a term of 5 years from the dale of this lease, and on the terms and conditions hereinafter

1. II, throughout the term of this lease, anyone or more LEASED CYLINDERS are delivered to LESSOR for any purpose, LESSOR may return to LESSEE
either the same cyllnder(s) or equivalent cylinder(s), and any cylinder(s) returned to LESSEE shall be the LEASED CYLINDERS hereunder_
2. LESSEE agrees that LEASED CYLINDERS are for LESSEE'S own use, and that no LEASED CYLINDERS may be loaned or assigned to others without
LESSOR'S wrillen consent. LEASED CYLINDERS are to be refilled only by and through LESSOR. LESSEE shall close the valves of each LEASED CYLINDER
when the pressure therein Is reduced to minimum working pressure. II LEASED CYLINDERS, or the fittings therefor, are damaged while In LESSEE'S
possession and under LESSEE'S contro~ from any cause whatsoever, Including fire, LESSEE agrees to pay to LESSOR, promptly on demand, for all damage
at LESSOR'S established valuation rate then in effect. At the termination of this lease, LESSEE shall return LEASED CYLINDERS to LESSOR In as good con-
dition as when received by LESSEE, normal wear and tear excepted_
3_ LESSOR agrees 10 Inspect, test, and perform ordinary maintenance on LEASED CYLINDERS as and when the same are returned to LESSOR for refilling,
4. LESSEE may cancel this lease at any time by giving LESSOR wrillen notice of cancellation, and in such event, LESSOR agrees, upon reasonable de.

5. In the event LESSEE violates any of the 1erms and conditions of this lease, LESSOR may, by giving LESSEE 30 days' notice, terminate this lease; and If
LESSOR so terminates this lease, LESSEE agrees within 5 days of termination to return to LESSOR all LEASED CYLINDERS and LESSEE waives any and all
claim to the value of the unearned portion of the TOTAL RENT hereunder. II LESSEE fails to return anyone or more of LEASED CYLINDERS to LESSOR
within such 5 day period, LESSOR may, as to each LEASED CYLINDER not returned, take either of the following remedies: (i) enter upon the premises where
such LEASED CYLlNDER(S) are located and remove the same, all actions for trespass or tort being hereby waived by LESSEE, or (ii) charge LESSEE for such
LEASED CYlINDER(S) at LESSOR'S then established valuation.
6. This lease may not be transferred or assigned by LESSEE without LESSOR'S prior wrillen consent.

1. If, throughout the term of this lease, anyone or more LEASED CYLINDERS are delivered to LESSOR for any purpose, LESSOR may return
to LESSEE either the same cylinder(s) or equivalent cylinder!s), and any cylinder(s) returned to LESSEE shall be the LEASED CYLINDERS
hereunder.
2. LESSEE agrees that LEASED CYLINDERS are for LESSEE'S own use, and that no LEASED CYLINDERS may be loaned or assigned to
others without LESSOR'S written consent. LEASED CYLINDERS are to be refilled only by and through LESSOR. LESSEE shall close the
valves of each LEASED CYLINDER when the pressure there:n is reduced to minimum working pressure, If LEASED CYLINDERS, or the fittings
therefor, are damaged while in LESSEE'S possession and unde, LESSEE'S control, from any cause whatsoever, including fire, LESSEE agrees
to pay to LESSOR. promptly on demand, for all damage at LESSOR'S established valuation rate then in effect. At the termination of this
lease, LESSEE shall return LEASED CYLINDERS to LESSOR in as good condition os when received by LESSEE, normal wear and tear elcepted.
3. LESSOR agrees to inspect, test, and perform ordinary maintenance on LEASED CYLINDERS as and when the same are returned to LESSOR
for refilling.
4. LESSEE may cancel this lease at any time by 'jiving LESSOR written notice of cancellation, and in such event, LESSOR agrees, upon reason.
able demand and upon return by LESSEE to LESSOR of each LEASED CYLINDER in good condition, to refund to LESSEE the unearned portion
of the TOTAL RENT. calculated at the following rate:
for 9 full years remaining on lease term: 80'7'0 of TOTAL RENT for <4- full years remaining on lease term: 35% of TOTAL RENT.
for 8 full years remaining on lease term: 71 '7'0 of TOTAL RENT for 3 full years remaining on lease term: 26'7'0 of TOTAL RENT
for 7 full years remaining on lease term: 62'7'0 of TOTAL RENT for 2 full years remaining on lease term: 17% of TOTAL RENT
for 6 full years remaining on lea6e term: 53% of TOTAL RENT for I full year remaining on lease term: 8% of TOTAL RENT
for 5 full years remaining on lease term: <<% of TOTAL RENT for less than , full year remaining on lease term: No Refund.
