It is understood and agreed that the title to said check protector shall remain in said distributor until this agreement
has been complied with and that said check protector shall not be removed from the address where delivered without said
distributor's written consent,
That in default of any of the terms of this agreement the said distributor shall have any of the following options:
a. Said distributor may remove said check protector with or without legal proceedings and credit the payments made
as rental, or
b. may take back said check protector and sell same on the open market and hold me (or us) for the difference, or
c. may consider the tille vested in me (or us) and hold me (or us) for the unpaid purchase price,
d. This contract is assignable by the distributor and when so assigned, the customer herein indicated shall be duly
notified by the assignee, The payments due under this contract after notice of assignment shall be payable to the
assignee. If any payment is overdue for a period of 10 days, the assignee is hereby authorized to draw on the
customer at the customer's bank and the customer hereby agrees to honor said draft when presented,
The undersigned, jointly and severally, to further secure the payment of this obligation, authorize, irrevocably, any
attorney of any court of record in this State or in the United States, to appear for the undersigned in any court of record,
at any time hereafter, to waive the issuance of process and service thereof, to waive trial by jury, and to confess judgment
against the undersigned, in favor of the holder of this note, for such amount as may appear to be unpaid thereon, together
with costs and reasonable attorneys' fees, and to waive and release all errors which may intervene in any such proceeding
and consent to immediate execution upon said judgment, hereby ratifying and confirming all that said attorney may do by
virtue hereof,
The lessee essumes the responsibility for the loss or damage. by fire or otherwise to the above described machine,
and agrees to pay for any damage which may accrue to it, or to pay for the machine itself if destroyed, or for any reason it
shall not be returned to the owner,
It is expressly agreed that this order shall not be countermanded: that it covers ALL agreemenls between the parties
hereto relalive to this transaction, and that distributor shall not be bound by any representation which is not embodied herein,
This contract has this day been executed in triplicate and one copy thereof
delivered to the undersigned purchaser. receipt of which is acknowledged.
