AGREEMENT TERM
This agreement shall be effective on the 21st of June, 1976 (sixty (60) days
after acceptance), and shall continue an initial term of one year, and shall
remain in force thereafter or may be terminated by either party upon ninety
(90) days prior written notice. This contract is subject to renegotiation
to include system up-grade and, if required, will be subject to price increase
on anniversity date.
MAINTENANCE PROVIDED
1. During normal working hours: 8 a.m. thru 8 p.m. Monday thru Friday
Under this maintenance agreement, no additional charges will be made
for labor for the first two calls per month; however, if additional
service calls are required within a month, a trip charge of $20.00
will be additionally invoiced on the following month.
General Technology will, from time to time, stop by to provide remedial
maintenance; however, it is the customer1s responsibility to place a
call requesting maintenance.

2. Outside normal working hours: (will be invoiced in addition to monthly rate)
(1) Overtime rate (Monday thru Friday) for work outside of stated
normal service ...........$ 25.00 per hour
(2) Weekend and Holiday Rate..............$ 35.00 per hour
Maintenance charges do not include the cost of repair parts. Repair parts
are billed additionally. No charge is made for parts replaced under
warranty; however, a charge for removing defective equipment and preparing
for shipment back to the manufacturer will be invoiced.
PAYMENT
Total basic monthly maintenance charge and any additional maintenance service
charges as stated under maintenance above, shall be invoiced to the customer
as incurred and shall be payable upon receipt of the invoice. Maintenance
charges shall be billed in advance on the anniversary date of each month
commencing with the effective date.
