AGREEl\IENT
'l'he parties to this agreement are the Florida Department of Criminal
Law Enforcement, a state agency, hereinafter referred to as licensee and
City of Sanford

North, for mounting two-way radio equipment, antenna and
transmission line. Equipment type and placement on and associated with the to\ver struc-
ture are subject to approval of licensor.
That this agreement shall continue in effect until such time as either party shall
give thirty days written notice to the other of its desire to terminate.
That it shall be the responsibility of the licensee to provide whatever filters, iso-
lation traps, and such electronic devices which are reasonably deemed necessary by the
licensor for the elimination of interference to other equipment operating at this site, shall
said interference be caused by licensee's equipment. In the event interference is not cor-
rected after notification, licensor may require licensee to cease all transmissions immecli-
ately and remain out of operation as long as interference continues.
The licensee shall be liable for and indemnify the licensor in those instances where
the licensee would be liable under applicable laws of the State of Florida.
