FOR VALUE RECEIVED, the undersigned, as principal,
promises to pay to the order of the City of Sanford, Florida, at the
City Hall, Sanford" Florida" the principal sum of ONE THOUSAND
NINE HUNDRED FIFTY ($1,950.00) DOLLARS" said amount to be
paid on February 25, 1977.
Failure to exerc ise any option hereunder shall not constitute
a waiver of the right to exercise the same in the event of any subsequent
default. In the event of default in the payment of this note, and should
it become necessary, in the opinion of the holder, to place it with an
attorney at law for collection, the undersigned agrees to pay all costs
of collection, including a reasonable attorneyrs fee.
The maker and endorsers of this note severally waive
presentment for payment, protest and notice of protest of the nonpayment
of this note, and consent that the time of payment may be extended without
notice thereof.

Everette Harper re promlssory note
Henry:
The City Commission voted to participate with Everette Harper re
new utilities lines in Dreamwold section in order to get larger
lines in the city system where it was needed while, at the same time,
working with him to provide the lines under his residential con-
struction.
Attached is the original of this promissory note with $1,950. to
be paid by him to the City on or before Feb. 25, 1977.
We will now start to order the pipe and get this job under way.
