137-David Farr, Consultant THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this 11th day of July, 1977, by and between the City of Sanford to develop and implement a 201 Grant pursuant to Public Law 92-500, Laws of the United States of America, and David Farr, WIT N E SSE T H: 1. For and in consideration of Ten and 00/100 ($10.00) Dollars and other valuable consideration as is hereinafter set forth, DAVID FARR, hereinafter referred to as IIConsultantll agrees to accept a term of employment with the Interim North Seminole Region Sewer Treatment Plant and System Committee, hereinafter referred to as IICommittee", subject to the following terms and conditions. 2. The term of employment shall be for three (3) months from the date of this agreement. 3. "Consultant" shall receive as sole compensation, a salary of $1,000.00 per month, subject to normal Federal tax withholdings. 4. "Consultant" shall act as a Real Estate Consultant for the "Committee" and is to have no financial interest, whether by commission or by ownership interest, in any transaction he undertakes. "Consultant" shall contact duly licensed and regis- tered Real Estate Brokers during his term of employment for the purpose of organizing, evaluating and presenting to the "Committee" no less than three (3) proposals or recommendations pertaining to the sale, lease or option contracts or any other acquisition of real estate as directed by the "Committee". In performing these duties, "Consultant" shall consider options, purchases, taxes, charitable contributions or any combination thereof. 5 . " Con s u 1 tan t II a g r e est 0 sub m i t m 0 nth 1 y r e p 0 r t s to the "Committee" beginning on and every thirty (30) days thereafter. The reports shall contain "Consultantls" .. recommendations on matters assigned to him for consultation by the "Committee". , 6. IIConsultant" agrees that his services may be terminated at any time by the "Committee", with or without cause, and that his salary shall be prorated as of the date of his termination. 7. This Agreement is subject to the approval of the Environmental Protection Agency and shall take effect only upon receipt of approval of that Agency.
