AGREEMENT FOR GENERAL DB
\lD SERVICE
This Agreement, made this 15th day of June , 19~, by and between City of Sanford
(hereinafter called the Customer) located at Seminole Blvd and Poplar Ave
in Sanford , Florida and Florida Power & Light Company, a
corporation, organized and existing under the laws of the State of Florida (hereinafter called the Company).
WITNESSETH
That for and in consideration of the mutual covenants and agreements set forth herein, the parties hereto agree as follows:
1. The Company shall provide electric service pursuant to Rate Schedule GSLD-l marked Exhibit "A" which is made a part of
this Agreement although the provisions for certain levels of demand usage are not met.
2. That the Customer agrees to pay monthly the Customer Charge, Demand Charge for the minimum demand or the currently
effective demand, whichever is larger, and the Energy Charge but never less than the minimum charge as provided for on
Exhibit "A".
3. That in the event the Customer's level of demand in any billing period qualifies the Customer for service under provisions of the
Rate Schedule marked Exhibit "A" then provisions of paragraph 2 are waived for the next eleven months. However, other
provisions of this Agreement will remain in effect.
4. That in the event the Customer's level of demand in any billing period requires the Customer to be served under another rate
schedule, this Agreement shall be null and void and service shall be rendered under the appropriate rate starting in the month in
which the higher level of demand occurs.
5. At the time of expiration of the term of service provided in Exhibit "A", this Agreement may be terminated by either the
Customer or the Company by providing written notice to the other party.
6. That all terms and conditions of the Rate Schedule marked Exhibit "A" which is attached to and made a part of this Agreement,
or its successive rate schedule which may be approved from time to time by the Florida Public Service Commission, shall apply
to the Customer.
7. That this Agreement supersedes all previous agreements or representations, either written, verbal, or otherwise between the
Customer and the Company, with respect to the matters contained herein and constitutes the entire Agreement between the
parties.

A V AILABLE:
In all territory served.
APPLICATION:
For electric service required for commercial or industrial lighting, power and any other purpose to any Customer
with a measured demand of 500 kw and less than 2,000 kw. Customers with demands of less than 500 kw may enter an
agreement for service under this schedu1~ based on a minimum demand charge of 500 kW1
SERVICE:
Single or three phase, 60 hertz and at any available standard voltage.
All service required on premises by Customer shall be furnished through one meter. Stand-by Service hereunder
shall be supplied in accordance with Rider SS, Sheet No. 8.810. Resale of service is not permitted hereunder.

Demand Charge:
$6.25 per kw of Demand
Energy Charge:
Non-fuel charge .737<1: per kwh
Fuel Char!;es:
Fuel charges are adjusted by the Florida Public Service
Commission normally each six months, April and October. As
of December 23, 1982 the amount for fuel was 2.732<1: per kwh.
For current fuel charges included in this tariff, see Sheet No.
8.830.
Minimum: The Customer Charge plus the charge for the currently effective Demand. For those Customers with a
demand of less than 500 kw who have entered an agreement for service under this schedule the minimum charge shall
be the Customer Charge plus 500 kw times the demand charge; therefore the minimum charge is $3,195.00.

DEMAND:
The Demand is the kw to the nearest whole kw, as determined from the Company's thermal type meter or, at the
Company's option, integrating type meter for the 30-minute period of Customer's greatest use during the month as
adjusted for power factor. r
TERM OF SERVICE:
Not less than one year.
RULES AND REGULATIONS:
Service under this schedule is subject to orders of governmental bodies having juriSdiction and to the currently
effective "General Rules and Regulations for Electric Service" on file with the Florida Public Service Commission. In
case of conflict between any provision of this schedule and said "General Rules and Regulations for Electric Service"
the provision of this schedule shall apply.
