Dear Bill:
Enclosed is the executed copy of the easement across your Lake
Mary properties for the emergency twelve inch water line to bring
water from the private irrigation well west of your property.
I want to let you know that the City of Sanford deeply appreciates
your cooperation. Your interest and willingness to work with us has
been outstanding.
We hope to be able to complete our emergency work and have this
temporary water line removed by May 1, 1984 but your willingness to
allow the use beyond that date has been noted.

GRANT OF LICENSE TO CITY TO CONSTRUCT
AND MAINTAIN WATER LINE
BML INVESTMENTS, PRN INVESTMENTS, JEROME D. FEINSTEIN AND JOAN
FEINSTEIN, hereinafter referred to as "GRANTORS", in consideration of
ONE DOLLAR ($1.00), receipt of which is acknowledged, and the prospective
benefits to be derived by reason of the locating, establishing, construct-
ing, and maintaining a certain water line, do hereby convey and release to
the CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA, a municipal corporation, a license and right
of way for a certain water line, hereinafter more particularly designated
and described, over and across lands owned by GRANTORS and situated in
the County of Seminole, State of Florida, and more particularly described
as follows:
See Attachments "A" and "B" attached hereto and made a part hereof.
The right of way hereby conveyed and released is for the sole
purpose of locating, establishing, constructing, and maintaining over and
across the above-described land a certain water line.
The route and course of the water line shall be determined by
the parties hereto by mutual consent.
GRANTORS also grant and convey to the CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA,
ten (10)
feet on each side of the water line for the construction
and maintenance thereof; and it shall be deemed a sufficient conveyance
to vest in the CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA, a license in such lands for the
uses and purposes of a water line together with such rights of entry
upon, passage over, deposit of excavated earth, and storage of material
and equipment on such area as may be necessary or useful for the con-
struction, maintenance, and repair of such water line.
THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA, agrees to indemnify and hold
GRANTORS harmless against any suit, action at law, claim for damages
or other expenses incurred by GRANTORS arising out of the furnishing
of a license to construct and maintain a water line to the CITY OF
SANFORD, FLORIDA, pursuant to the terms of this agreement.
This license shall be for an initial term of not more than four
(4) months from December 30, 1983, and may be continued from time to time
upon such terms and conditions as may be mutually agreed to between
parties.
