CONTRACTUAL SERVICE AGREEMENT
This is a personal service agreement between the CITY OF
SANFORD and DORIS I. HARRISON for her to provide recording
secretarial services to the CITY OF SANFORD effective
July 5, 1984.
1. DORIS I. HARRISON agrees to attend all meetings of
the Sanford Planning and Zoning Commission; to
record the official minutes of said meetings; to
transcribe and type the minutes of said meetings
and to prepare and submit the Planning and Zoning
Commission's action and recommendations via the
Zoning Inspector to the City Clerk and City Manager.
2. DORIS I. HARRISON agrees to serve as recording
secretary for other CITY OF SANFORD boards when
requested, and she is available.
3. CITY OF SANFORD agrees to pay DORIS I. HARRISON
$12.46 per hour for every hour she works attending
to her duties associated with the Planning and Zoning
Commission or any other CITY OF SANFORD board she
is called upon to serve as recording secretary. The
hourly rate of $12.46 shall be adjusted commensurate
with any cost of living increases that full-time
regular CITY OF SANFORD employees receive.
4. DORIS I. HARRISON agrees to submit an invoice for
payment to the CITY OF SANFORD for her services,
following completion of her duties in conjunction with
each meeting.
CITY OF SANFORD agrees to make payment
to DORIS I. HARRISON within fourteen (14) days from
date of invoice.

5. DORIS I. HARRISON acknowledges that she is not an
employee of the CITY OF SANFORD and that she is not
entitled to contributions for pension, Social
Security and health insurance.
6. CITY OF SANFORD and DORIS I. HARRISON agree to the
term of this contract to be effective for sixty (60)
days, with an option for renewal provided both
parties mutually agree thereto.
