Dear Mayor:
Candeub, Fleissig and Associates is pleased to submit hereby
a letter of agreement for services, as discussed with Pat
Patterson and myself on November 15, 1985.
It is agreed that upon execution of this agreement Candeub,
Fleissig and Associates will provide service to assist the
City in the preparation of an application through the
Florida Department of Community Affairs for a Small Cities
Community Development Block Grant Application (FY85) by
December 23, 1985.
The payment for such services will be Three Thousand Dollars
($3,000.00) payable in two parts: 50% at the time of the
delivery of a draft of the CDBG Program for local advertise-
ment and 50% at the time of completion of the application.
If you agree to the above services please have 2 copies of
this agreement executed below and return I to this office.
