THAT THE DECLARANT, for and in consideration of the sum of $10.00 and other valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, by these presents does, subject to the terms and provisions herein contained, hereby dedicate unto the City for the use of the general public, a perpetual non-exclusive easement for utilky purposes, including, but not limited to, such services as sewer, water, irrigation, drainage, electricity, gas, cable television, and other utility purposes, with full authority to enter upon and to construct, use, maintain, repair, replace and operate (but without obligation to so construct, use, maintain, repair, replace and operate) all road improvements, utility lines, pipes, and facilities incident to the use and enjoyment &such easement now existing or herealter constructed over, across, under and through the following described property situated in Seminole County, Florida: See Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof(the "Easement Area") TO HAVE AND TO HOLD said easement unto the City for the use of the general public. The City shall have the fight to clear all trees, undergrowth and other obstructions encroaching into the Easement Area which may interfere with the use and enjoyment of the Easement Area.
