corporation, situated in Seminole County, Florida, party of the second part;
WITNESSETH, that party of the first part, f~r and in consideration of the sum
of one dollar and other valuable consideration paid by party of the second part,
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, grants, and conveys to party of the second
part, its successors, assigns, licensees, a perpetual easement under, upon, and
across the property situated in the City of Sanford, Seminole County, Florida, more
particularly described as:
The East fifteen (15) feet of the parcel of land beginning 190 feet South and
1628 feet West of the Northeast corner, run East 184.88 feet, South 320 feet,
West 100 feet, South 150 feet, West 84.88 feet and North 470 feet to the
Beginning.
(Also known as 1709 Thirteen Street West, Sanford, Florida)
for a fifteen foot wide exclusive utility easement hereafter on said property, such
easement including the right to construct and maintain utility mains, remove and
