property boundary common with the public alley, z
Perpetual Easement: That parcel measuring 5 feet perpendicu_~r
~ to the common boundary between the subject property and the pub
~ alleyway and ten (10) along the common boundary line with the
~ alley centered at the center of the Vacuum Sewer Valve, once ~
~ installed.
x~or utility purposes, including specifically sanitary sewer and for the
~nstallation, inspection, servicing, repair, maintenance, and replacement of
