2. Authorize Payment to Poll Workers.

1. (Canvass Votes re: Election of Mayor and a Commissioner,
District I.)
Information attached.
A. Receive the Certificate of Results.
B. Need a motion to accept and certify the returns of
December 8, 1992, Municipal Election, and declare the
winners/ candidates in the December 22, 1992, Run -off,
including Commissioner Thomas as the winner in District
2, as a result of no opposition.
2. (Payment to Poll Workers.) Need a motion to authorize.
County paid Inspectors and Deputies $90.00, and Clerks
$100.00, plus mileage to deliver the ballot box.)
3. (Run -Off Election December 22, 1992.)
A. Need a motion to appoint Election Clerk, Inspectors, and
Deputy, and to authorize Mayor to issue Election
Proclamation. Copy attached.
B. Need a motion to appoint a member(s) of the Canvassing
Board (City Commission) to represent said Board at Logic
and Accuracy Test at 3:30 P.M. on December 18, 1992, and
to canvass Absentee Ballots on night of Election.
