RE: JOINT WORK SESSION WITH SCHOOL BOARD OF SEMINOLE COUNTY

In response to a recent request from the School Board, a joint
Work Session has been tentatively scheduled for 4 PM on Monday,
October 5, 1992 in the City Commission Chambers. Items identified
by the School Board for discussion include the following:
1) Discussion of surplus land and facilities of
both agencies.
2) Discussion of plans for improvement to school
facilities which serve Sanford residents.
3) School Board administrative facilities.
I anticipate coordinating with the School Board in the
development of a formal Agenda for the joint meeting. Please bring
any additional items forward no later than our Work Session on
September 28, 1992 in order that they may be included in the formal
Agenda, and staffed by both agencies prior to our joint Work
Session. I recommend we ask to discuss the Head Start program.
