adopted the Duany Master Plan and Urban Regulations for "Old
Sanford." (Copy of Memo attached, and copy of Draft Minutes.)
Warren Skipper gave presentation. Comm authorized Staff work
with Sanford Historic Trust to review said Preliminary Plan &
Regulations & to consider if/how Plan & Regulations could be
revised & incorporated into city's Codes in an acceptable
manner.
