mandated requirements, for remedial action, tank closure, and

Reserves, and Staff to pursue possible State funding for

restoration program.

Option Gas Tax Revenues for road construction/improvements,
rather than maintenance, which will have positive influence on
the calculation of Sanford's share of future year Local Option
Gas Tax Revenue allocations.
