to waive City Code Section 3-25, which prohibits the

Park.

to execute Interlocal Agreement with Seminole County, to share
cost of Travel Time and Delay Studies for State Roads in
estimated amount between $2,218.00 and $2,655.00 per year for
a period of three years.

Approval Procedure for payment of Lump Sum Construction
Contracts, whereby appropriate pay application for such
contracts is processed and paid according to regular Finance
Department payment procedures, said proposal would not be
applicable to any "non-lump sum contract", such as
professional services contracts for legal or engineering
services.

City Manager recommends authorization to execute Interlocal
Agreement with Seminole County including definition of City of
Sanford Utility Service Areas, and pro-rated reimbursement in
amount of $185,720.00 for that portion of Lake Monroe Utility
Service Area being acquired by City of Sanford, with funds for
the pro-rated reimbursement of Seminole County to be taken
from Utility Bond Proceeds Trust Fund.
