Program, and adopt the millage rate, for the City of Sanford,
Florida, for Fiscal Year of October 1, 1990 to September 30,
1991.
2. Public Hearing to consider rezoning a portion of property
lying between Palmetto ~venue and Sanford ~venue and between
East 25th Place and East 26th Street from MR-2, Multiple
Family to RC-1, Restricted Commercial.
3. Public Hearing to consider closing, vacating and abandoning an
east-west alley between East Second Street and East Third
Street and between Sanford ~venue and Cypress ~venue.
4. Continuation of Public Hearing to consider rezoning a portion
of property between 1-4 and Oregon ~venue and between CR 46 ~
(West 25th Street) and Hughey Street (Oregon Avenue) extended
westerly from ~G-1, ~gricultural to PD, Planned Development.
5. Public Hearing to consider rezoning a portion of property
lying between 1-4 and Elder Road and between SR 46 and Wilson
~venue from ~G-1, ~gricultural to PD, Planned Development.
6. Public Hearing to consider second reading and adoption of
Ordinances.
7. Consideration of request from New Tribes Mission to use
parking facility behind the Edgemond Building for two
recreational trailers, from November 1, 1990 to May 31, 1991.
8. Consideration of request from Zion Hope Missionary Baptist
Church to close Orange ~venue between 7th Street and 8th
Street on Saturday, September 29, 1990, from 10:00 ~.M. and
6:00 P.M., for a carnival.
9. Consideration of request to amend Insurance "Pre-Tax" Program
to begin October 1, 1990 and terminate September 30, 1990, and
to continue said Plan in accordance with same timeframe.
10. Consideration of request to execute contract with Pavement
Technologies of Central Florida Inc., for ~sphalt/Rejuvenator
Treatment to streets in estimated amount of $117,953.00.

December 31, 1990 in amount of $3,000.00, to be contingent

Sanford Aero Modelers Club, and that said extension should
indicate that any further extension of said lease beyond
December 31, 1990 shall be on a monthly basis, with lease
consideration to be negotiated prior to the expiration of said
lease extension.
