Section 18-71 (Peddler's License) to waive 2-hour moving
requirement for sale of Christmas trees by non-profit civic
organizations based in the City of Sanford.
Consideration of request from James Mairs to waive required
six (6) parking spaces for property located at 501 and 505
East First Street, and to utilize City parking lot to satisfy
said parking requirements. (Request previously considered by
City Commission at Regular Meeting of July 9, 1990.

Consideration of request from Seminole County Commission to
appoint a representative to the Concurrency Management
Municipal Technical ~dvisory Committee. Since City Planner
will be permanently responsible for formulating our
concurrency management system, it would be appropriate and
helpful if Jay Marder was appointed as the City's
representative for said committee.

Consideration of request to adopt Handling Fees regarding
Uncashed Payable Checks and Non-Sufficient Checks pursuant to
Florida Disposition of Unclaimed Property Act, as follows:

Uncashed Payable Checks Fee in amount of $5.00 per month
for outstanding checks in excess of 60 days.
B.
Amend Ordinance No. 1907, to increase existing Non-
Sufficient Funds Fee regarding Utility Department funds
from $10.00 to $15.00.
