certain property lying between 1-4 and Oregon Avenue and

City Manager recommends authorization to execute c said Use
Agreement; term to be from November 14, 1991 to November 14,
2021, for installation and maintenance of discharge outfall
line located at Wekiva River Aquatic Preserve.
5. (Consulting Engineering Services Contract, Amendment No. 34A,
with Conklin, Porter and Holmes.) Information attached.
City Manager recommends authorization to execute said
Amendment No. 34A, to Consulting Services Contract with
Conklin, Porter and Holmes dated December 7, 1983, to modify
Section III "Method of Payment to Engineer" and "Cost Plus
Fixed Fee" in order to be eligible for Grant funding, and
incorporate required EPA Spe?ial Contract conditions) with no
increase in total estimated cost.
6. (Fee increase for purchase of Comprehensive Plan and Land
Development Regulations documents to cover City's increased
printing costs for same.) Information attached.
City Manager recommends authorization to increase fee from
$15.00 to $40.00, for purchase of Comprehensive Plan Document,
and increase fee from $30.00 to $40.00, for purchase of Land
Development Regulations.
7. (Request for 2-year extension of waiver of required paved
parking.) City Commission approved waiver regarding same on
December 11, 1989. Information attached.
City Manager recommends approval for 2-year extension of
waiver for required paved parking for Care-O-Sell Pet Palace
located at 407 West 25th Street, conditioned upon Mr. Blair's
compliance, and continued compliance, with sign ordinance and
outside display Code requirements.
8. (Pipeline Crossing Agreement with CSX Railroad.) Information
attached.
City Manager recommends authorization to execute said CSX
Railroad Agreement dated December 3, 1991, for installation of
10-inch water line on South Sanford Avenue (for Hattaway
Project), subject to City Attorney's comments/recommendations.
9. (Request for waiver of required fire sprinkler system at the
Ritz Theatre.) Information attached. City Attorney's
recommendations to be available December 16, 1991.
City Manager recommends approval conditioned upon favorable
City Attorney recommendation.
10. (Request for waiver of Stormwater Utility Fee.) Continued
from Regular Meeting of December 9, 1991, pending notification
