$5,800.00, to be funded from Tourist Development Tax Revenues;
term of Agreement to be from October 1, 1991 through September
30, 1992.

City Manager recommends authorization to execute said
Amendment No. 36, to Consulting Services Contract with
Conklin, Porter & Holmes, in amount of $500.00, for N.P.D.E.S.
Permitting; funding to come from Stormwater Utility.

A. Request from Southern Bell for an exclusive perpetual
access easement and utility easement, for construction,
operation, and maintenance of telecommunications
electrical equipment, underground cables and wires, and
required appurtenant facilities, over the northwesterly
corner of Hidden Lake Community Park (Lee P..Moore Park)
and along the westerly line of same.
B. Request from Richard E. Orr, Cornerstone Real Estate
Group, Inc., for perpetual non-exclusive ingress-egress
easement for "Site 10" out parcel.
City Manager recommends approval of concept, subject to
changes which may be recommended by City Attorney.

Museum-Library Board recommends George C. Scott,
Elizabeth Gallant, Cecil Tucker, and Robert Mann be

the two members whose terms expire November 4, 1991. On
October 14, 1991, City Commission re-appointed Dr. Vann
Parker, and Dr. Paul Bordenkircher; both members cannot
be re-appointed because they have served the maximum
