Plans Review Committee has determined that a portion of said property (a 6' strip) immediately to the north of Woodson Avenue, lying between 17-92 and Cherokee Circle is not within the City limits of Sanford, and, therefore, has declined to make a recommendation for City right-of-way vacating, pending annexation of said property.
