drainage easement lying north of and abutting Live Oak
Boulevard and between Airport Boulevard and Masters Cove Road
extended northerly.
Public Hearing to consider closing, vacating and abandoning a
portion of Woodson Avenue lying between u.s. 17 & 92 (SR 15 &
600) and Cherokee Circle.
Consideration of request from Triumph, The Church of the New
Age, to use a portion of Poplar Avenue street right-of-way,
which lies east and westerly of Mills Creek, for parking, and
to use mulch with stabilized limerock base for said parking
facility.
Consideration of request to purchase City owned property
located at the east 1/2 of Lot 10, Block 9, Tract D, PB 1,
Page 56.
Consideration of request to accept a Grant of Alleyway
Easement, from Seminole County School Board, for public
alleyway along a portion of the east side of Goldsboro School
site, just south of 16th Street.
Consideration of request from Police and Firefighter Pension
Boards to limit the total benefits payable to disabled members
from all sources provided by the City to 100% of the Member's
average monthly earnings; and define "Salary".
Consideration of request from Reverend Ings to extend sewer

Consideration of request from Greater Sanford Chamber of

Refers to Agenda Item No.2, re: public hearing to consider
closing, vacating and abandoning a portion of Woodson Avenue
lying between u.s. 17-92 (SR 15 & 600) and Cherokee Circle.
Plans Review Committee has determined that a portion of said
property (a 6' strip) immediately to the north of Woodson
Avenue, lying between 17-92 and Cherokee Circle is not within
the City limits of Sanford, and, therefore, has declined to
make a recommendation for City right-of-way vacating, pending
annexation of said property. (Information attached)
Letters received from utility companies; all have no objection
to the vacating, subject to specified conditions as described
in attached letters from said utility companies.
City Manager recommends public hearing be held for input, and
then continued until property is annexed into the City.
