Review of request from Ned Julian for annexation,
abandonment of road right-of-way, and rezoning of
property to be used for the expansion and renovation of
the Seminole High School facility.

Review of revised, updated Employee Pre-Tax Benefit
Plan. Recommend approval.
Federal regulations require that the plan be in writing
and updated as changes are made. These changes simply
change the name of one provider from Florida Municipal
Health Trust to Blue Cross/Blue Shield, and the
effective dates.

Discussion of acquisition of abandoned CSX Railroad
Right-of-way property for reclaimed water transmission
