(c) Improvements requested by the Lake Monroe Sailing

4. Request from William Sheaffer, Attorney for Randall and
JoAnn Gates, for waiver of City Code Sec. 4-43, Number
of Dogs or Cats Permitted. Copy of request attached.
5. Request from Captain Harley Hoy to dock a paddlewheel
boat along the seawall in front of Fort Mellon Park on
a temporary basis during the Golden Age Games. Copy of

6. Request from Marion Cameron to use a detached unit at
1019 Magnolia Avenue as rental property. Copy of
request attached and copy of memo from Building Official.
7. Consideration of Commissioner McClanahan's request to
review payroll lists.
8. Review of proposal for elimination of enclaves and
"squaring" of city boundaries. Memo attached from
