Special Meeting of the City Commission

In the City Manager's Conference Room at the City Hall
in the City of Sanford, Florida
1. A Public Hearing concerning the passage of resolutions
authorizing and approving the negotiated and private sale of
not to exceed eight million dollars ($8,000,000.00) City of
Sanford Grant Anticipation Notes Series 1986; providing for
the payment of said notes; creating certain covenants and
conditions and agreements with the holders of the notes; and
awarding said notes to the holders thereof.
ADVICE TO THE PUBLIC: If a person decides to appeal a decision
made with respect to any matter considered at the above meeting
or hearing, he may need a verbatim record of the proceedings,
including the testimony and evidence, which record is not
provided by the City of Sanford. (FS 286.0105)

The City Manager.advises that the attorneys have been
assured by the Southeast Bank that they have extended the
line of credit until June, 1986, which provides sufficient
time to review the legal documents at a regular meeting and
therefore cancel the Special Meeting previously set for 4:30
P. M. today.
