(a) Resolution No. 1434, re: thanking Johnny Green and Charles Fleming and the Lions Club for the installation of the four "Welcome" signs at the entrances to the City. (Held from the January 13, 1986 meeting.) (b) Resolution No. 1436, re: commending Rosa M. Rotundo for 36 years and 5 months of faithful service. (c) Resolution No. 1437, re: adopting February, 1986, as "Clean up - Fix Up Month" in the City of Sanford. 2. Proposed to be rezoned from RC-1 (Restricted Commercial) District to GC-2 (General Commercial) District. (c) Modification of the Conklin, Porter and Holmes contract, Amendment No.7-A, regarding the sludge facility. Amendment No. 7, for engineering services onring construction of the sludge facility, contained a provisional billing rate for fringe benefits and general and administrative overhead higher than that which is being used on other projects at this time. Amendment No. 7-A would contractually modify the specified rate. (d) Adoption of tree planting program submitted by Director of Recreation and Parks. Memo attached. (e) Consideration of tree removal, request for additional funds for additional tree removal up to $1,500. (f) Attached bids for Sludge Handling Project. Adopt resolutions.
