1. (a) Resolution No. 1433, re: commending the Seminole High School
Football Team and the Coach for their volunteer work on the
Community Development Block Grant application.

(b) Resolution No. 1434, re: thanking Johnny Green and Charles
Fleming and the Lions Club for the installation of the four
"Welcome" signs at the entrances to the City.
(c) Resolution No. 1435, re: Land Water Conservation Fund Grant for
Lee P. Moore Park.
2. Request from McLain, Pierce and Associates Insurance Agency.
Notice sent to owners within 100 feet of non-conforming use on
December 31, 1985.
3. Copy of letter from Brenda Elswick, Ball Chairman, Beta Sigma Phi,
requesting free use of the Civic Center including with alcoholic
beverages on Saturday, February 8, 1986 for the annual Beta Sigma Phi
Valentine Charity Ball, proceeds to benefit several local charities
including C.H.A.R.L.E.E (Children Have All Rights Legal Educational
Emotional) program.
Director of Recreation and Parks recommends, copy attached.
4. Annexation petition submitted from John V. Childers, for a portion of
that property lying between Orlando Drive (U. S. Highway 17 & 92),
Florida Street (West 27th Street), and vacated "The Crossing" Street.
