A. Review proposal from the City's Underwriter, and
receive advice from the City's Financial Advisor.
B. Adoption of Resolution No. 1572, re: award sale of
certificates.
C. Authorization for Mayor and City Clerk to execute the
contract with William R. Hough and Company.
