Mortgage Corporation of the City Manager's denial of use of
property at 400, 409, 411 and 415 South Palmetto Avenue for
multi-family purposes. Information attached, including City

3. Consideration of request from Irving Feinberg for right-of-
way use permit for off-street parking: Laurel Avenue
between Commercial Street and Fulton Street and Commercial
Street between Laurel Avenue and E~ Avenue. Although he
does not request it, he also will need a right-of-way use
permit for Fulton Street between Laurel Avenue and Elm
Avenue, for retention purposes.
