1. Discussion with David T. Farr re: Beachfront Enhancement

2. Insurance renewal items:
A. Request to renew "Excess Worker's Compensation" and
Claims Handling. Memo attached from Personnel
Director.
B. Request to renew agreements for Health and Life
Insurance for FY 89/90. Memo attached from Personnel
Director. Recommend this be placed on the Late Agenda
for authorization for the Mayor to execute agreements.
3. Consideration of request for Mill Creek Drainage Basin
Preliminary Engineering and for road improvements.

4. Request from Grand Romance to use Memorial Park as an
alternative dock. Copies attached: Memo from Director of
Engineering and Planning, request.
5. Review of church exemption of 10% utility tax. Information
attached.
6. Request from City of Lake Mary to support a public road from
Lake Mary Boulevard to US 17-92, along Hospital Road as
extended. Information attached. Recommend this be placed
on the Late Agenda to authorize City Attorney to prepare the
proper resolution of support.
7. Consideration of invitation from Seminole County to
participate in County CDBG PRogram for FY 1990 and 1991.

8. Discussion...related to the use of the City's Reserve Funds.
A. Earmarking funds for pending Worker's Compensation

B. Purchase of 9.92 acres across from Sanford Middle
School, for new Central Police and Fire Station. Memo
attached from Director of Engineering and Planning.
C. Purchase of land for regional park. Memo attached
from Director of Engineering and Planning.
9. Review of FY 89/90 Classification and Pay Plan. Memo
attached from Personnel Director. (Plan, including 3% COLA,
presented in accordance with Budget deliberations, and to be
adopted by Ordinance in September.)
10. Review of August 28, 1989 Regular Agenda.
