1. Discussion of Minimum Living Area Requirements.
2. Review of request from Sanford Housing Authority for free
refuse pick-up. Letter attached from Ms. Linda Williams.
3. Review of request from Wes Rinker to renew the Stadium Lease
for five (5) years.
Copies attached: Letter from Mr. Wes Rinker,
Lease information,
Memo from Director of Recreation and
Parks.
City Attorney to report.
4. The Recreation Task Force has inquired about a budget to
perform mail out of a questionnaire and to lease a van to
tour recreational facilities. Total estimated cost of both
requests: $3,000.00.
5. Review of printing contract for Reclaimed Water Reuse
Promotion Program. Memo attached from Director of
Engineering and Planning, with bid tabulation.
6. Review of proposed agreement with Solin and Associates, Inc.
for planning assistance. Memo attached from City Planner,
with proposed agreement.
Recommend this be placed on the April 10th Late Agenda to
authorize the Mayor to execute the subcontract and
modification.
7. Status report on Marina parking. Director of Engineering
and Planning to report.
8. Review of April 10, 1989 Regular Agenda. Copy enclosed.

The following is a brief report from the Workshop Meeting
4/03/89:
1) Minimum Living Area Requirements:
2) Sanford Housing Authority/Free Refuse Pick-up: FF to
advise them "NO" and to help them negotiate with
contractors for service.
3) Wes Rinker Stadium Lease: FF to contact School Board
to see if they are interested in property. Put on
Agenda.
4) Recreation Task Force Request: FF to suggest they use
two local newspapers, or insert with Water Reclamation
Survey. Also see if Dave Farr can get van (free) for
touring recreation sites. Obtain cost of questionaire
and put on Agenda.
