1. Review of Cultural Arts Center renovation. Memo attached

2. Review of proposed contract for Construction Materials
Testing for utility projects. Memo attached from Director
of Engineering and Planning.
Recommend this be placed on the Late Agenda to authorize
approval of the contract.
3. Discussion of amending the City Code to require City
Commission approval for Game Room and Arcade Occupational
licenses. Memo attached from Police Chief.
Recommend this be placed on the Late Agenda to authorize the
City Attorney to prepare the proper ordinance.
4. Review of Lake Mary Boulevard Corridor Study,
recommendations, and interlocal agreement, and their impact
on City of Sanford. Memo attached from City Planner.
5. Discussion with Tom Martin, Fire Marshall, on chemical
storage. Requested by City Commission.
6. Discussion of the City's Recreation Programs.
a. General discussion requested by Commissioner Eckstein.
b. Discussion of Civic Center Free Use Policy, and
proposed fee changes. Memo attached from Director of
,Recreation and Parks, and copy of current Civic Center
fee schedule.
Recommend this be placed on the Late Agenda to
authorize implementation of fees to more adequately
cover the operational costs of the Civic Center.
c. Discussion of City of Sanford becoming a qualifying
city for the Grand National Soap Box Derby. Memo
attached from Director of Recreation and Parks, with
attachments.
d. Review of Marina Boat Launching Fees. Memo attached
from Director of Recreation and Parks.
7. Review of fee schedule for sign permits. Memo attached from
Building Official, with recommended fees.
Recommend this be placed on the Late Agenda for adoption.
8. Status report on improvements to cemetery. Memo attached
