1. Discussion: Request from Seminole National Bank to appeal
the Historic Preservation Board's denial of a sign. Letter
attached from Philip Chesnut, with attachments.
2. Review of Litigation: City of Sanford vs. Lake Monroe
Marina, Inc. and Starline. Memo attached from Director of
Engineering and Planning with list of maintenance and repair
responsibilities.
3. Discussion: Funding for replacement of Master Wastewater
Pump Station. Memo attached from Director of Engineering
and Planning, with letter from Conklin, Porter and Holmes.
Recommend this be placed on the December 27th Late Agenda to
authorize use of SRF Loan and authorize a Rate Coverage
Study to determine utility rates necessary to repay the SRF
loan, to repay the 1987 BANs, and to maintain the required
debt service coverage.
4. Discussion: Storm Drainage at the intersection of French
Avenue and 24th Place. Memo attached from Director of
Engineering and Planning, with attachments.
5. Review of Land Development Fees. Memo attached from City
Planner, with proposed fees and draft resolution.
6. Discussion: Water Rescue/Search and Recovery. Memo
attached from Fire Chief, with attachments.
7. Discussion: Community Development Office...Funding,
Staffing, and Budget. Memo attached from Director of
Engineering and Planning, with attachments.
8. Discussion: Tax Increment District boundaries. Copies
attached: Memo from Director of Engineering and Planning
with further information.
9. Discussion: Inspection of rental property. Copy of Royal
Oak Ordinance distributed at December 12th meeting by
Commissioner Mercer.
10. Review of December 27, 1988 Agenda. Copies enclosed.
