2. Presentation by Randy Morris, Chairman, LMB Study Committee,
re: Lake Mary Boulevard Gateway Concept. Memo attached

3. Review of proposed Land Development Regulations. Memo
attached from City Planner.
4. Request from the Metropolitan Planning Organization for the
City to participate in a Regional Bicycle Coordinator
program. Memo attached from City Planner with request.
5. Discussion of replacement facilities for the Youth Center.
Memo attached from Director of Recreation and Parks, with
proposed short-term and long-term solutions.
6. Request from Reynolds Aluminum Recycling Company for semi-

7. Recommendations from Central Examining Board to adopt 1988

8. Request from the Coalition of Local Governments to support
acquisition of additional Tax Savings Refund from Florida

11. Consideration of request to convert from annual cemetery
care to perpetual cemetery care. Conversion would cost
$17,485.00. The donor represented by John Rinehart has
offered a mortgage on a 10 acre parcel which has three
payments and interest remaining for a total of $13,567.75,
and proposes to give to the City deeds to unused cemetery
spaces ($3,917.25) so they can be resold.
Recommend this be placed on the November 14, 1988 Late
Agenda for approval.
