Request for annexation, water service, waiver of annexation ~ fee, and waiver of impact fees for property between First ~ Drive (North Street extended Easterly) and South Street and ~~/ between Summerlin Avenue and Brisson Avenue, commonly DU referred to as Roseland Park-and Harden's Addition. The action of the Commission was to request the representatives of Roseland Park to submit a corrected annexation petition with the signatures of all the owners of said property.
