a. Amendment No. 13 - Effluent Filtration, Disinfection,
Storage, Pumping and Transmission Facilities. Due to
changes in conditions and requirements for consultant
support, request the "not-to-exceed" fee be increased
by $12,600, to $406,719.47. Memo attached from

b. Amendment No. 23 - Update Study for Water and Sewer
