5. Design of Master Wastewater Pump Station. Recommend authorization for
Mayor to execute Amendment 22 in the amount of $102,431.15, with
Conklin, Porter & Holmes for this work. The City must complete the
design in a timely fashion to remain eligible on the grant priority

6. Design Contract for Water Plant Improvements. RecolIIDend authorization
