1. Public Hearing to provide that Residential Care Facilities,
including but not limited to Foster Homes, Group Homes,
Family Shelter Homes and Adult Congregate Living Facilities
may be utilized as permitted uses or conditional uses within
certain residential, commercial and agricultural zoned areas
of the City. .
2. Public Hearing to consider closing, vacating and abandoning
a portion of Ridgewood Avenue lying South of West 25th
Street (CR 46A) and abutting Seminole High School.
3. Public Hearing to consider closing, vacating and abandoning
a portion of Park Avenue lying between 25th Street (SR 46)
and 24th Street.
4. Public Hearing to consider rezoning a portion of that
