a. Adult Congregate Living Facilities. Need to authorize the City
Clerk to advertise public hearings to consider amending the
Zoning Ordinance to provide Adult Congregate Living Facilities as
permitted uses or conditional uses in certain residential,
commercial and agricultural zoned areas, and providing
requirements for same.

for an alcoholic beverage license certificate of registration. Letter

(until Sullivan's Pub's lease expires) to obtain a Class 3
registration for Liquor Garden. Sullivan's Pub currently has a Class
3 registration. Both are located in Country Club Square, within 1,000
feet of each other. City Code Article II, Section 3-13 requires a
1,000 foot distance between each Class 3 certificate of registration.
